Founded in 1948, Ar Yıldız began production in a 300 m² building in the Ayvalıdere area of Sağmalcılar. In 1972, to meet increasing demand, it moved to an 8,500 m² facility on the E-5 highway in Sefaköy and began mass production. In 1985, using state-of-the-art industrial machinery imported from Europe, the company shifted from alpaca cutlery to stainless steel cutlery and knives, and then to pots and teapots. The partnership adventure, which began in 2006 with the Kilit Group of Companies, was fully acquired by the Kilit Group at the beginning of 2010. Thanks to Kilit Group's sound management style, sound decisions, and business ethics, the AR-YILDIZ brand has reached its current level. Currently, the brand continues production in its factory in the Çorlu district of Tekirdağ province, which has a production base of 72,000 m², 49,300 m² of which is indoor space.
