Founded in the early 1950s, Baykal is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of sheet metal processing machines, specializing in press brakes, shears, corner notchers, punching machines, laser cutting systems, plasma cutting machines, and vertical machining centers.
With three factories totaling 70,000 m² of production space, it stands among the largest manufacturing facilities for sheet metal processing machinery in Europe. Baykal employs 650 staff members, including 80 engineers, supported by highly skilled operators and assembly technicians. All machines are fully designed, manufactured, assembled, and finished in-house using advanced CAD design and CNC machining.
The company holds ISO 9001 certification from Germany’s TÜV NORD, was the first Turkish manufacturer authorized to place the CE mark on its products since 1995, and holds TSE and TSEK quality certificates.
