In 1948, Shaikh Abdullah H. Al-Mutawa founded his establishment under the name “Abdulla H. Al-Mutawa for General Contracting,” fulfilling his vision of creating a comprehensive General Service Organization built on values and excellence. Soon after, the company diversified by adding general trading to its operations.

In 1988, his sons carried forward his vision by transforming the establishment into a formal company. Within a short time, the company expanded its activities and became highly reputed in areas such as General Services Contracting, Manufacturing, Construction, Medical Supplies & Pharmacies, Restaurants & Catering, Non-Destructive Testing & Inspection, and Information Technology.

In 2011, the management decided to restructure these diversified business lines into independent subsidiaries under the umbrella of Al-Mutawa Group to ensure proper governance and management efficiency.

Today, Al-Mutawa Group stands as one of the leading companies in Saudi Arabia. Headquartered in Dammam, the group has expanded its reach to all provinces of the Kingdom: Central, Western, Eastern, Southern, and Northern.
