SA BAYTUR CONSTRUCTION CO

Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabian Baytur Construction Company was established in 2008 as a joint venture between Baytur Construction and Contracting Company (Turkey), Tanami Construction Company (KSA), and Azmeel International Trading & Contracting Co. (KSA). In 2016, the company became 100% Saudi-owned following the transfer of Turkish partner shares, while maintaining its operational principles under the independent management of experienced international professionals.

Baytur specializes in the high-quality execution of contracts for construction, installation, and maintenance works. Its portfolio includes high-rise buildings, residential, commercial, educational, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, cultural structures, and large infrastructure projects such as airports, roads, bridges, rail facilities, and dams. Baytur is classified as a “Grade-A Contractor” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Founded in 1976, Baytur is part of the Çukurova Group, a leading conglomerate established in 1923, with interests in industry, trade, media, finance, maritime, energy, telecommunications, and construction.

Baytur has successfully delivered numerous prestigious projects in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Iraq, the UAE, Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Qatar. The company holds ISO 9001 (Quality Management), OHSAS 18001 (Health & Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certifications.

Notable achievements include the Palm Jumeirah Shoreline Apartments and the Gold & Silver Towers in Dubai, the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, and the Qatar National Convention Center—one of the most iconic and largest construction contracts awarded to a single Turkish contractor.
