Founded in 2016 by Taymour Scarello, Ahmed Shilbaya, and George Mounir, SCAS is a trusted name in finishing contracting and integrated project delivery.

Taymour Scarello: Co-founder & CEO of SCAS, Partner at ATT Developments, Board Member of ECO Associates, and Board Member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce – CCI Egypt. Graduate of the American University in Cairo – Finance.

Ahmed Shilbaya: Co-founder & Chief Business Development Officer of SCAS, Co-founder and CEO of ATT Developments, and former Assistant Contracts Manager at Ocean Marine Egypt (OME). Holds a BA in International Business from Northampton University, UK.

George Mounir: Co-founder & Chief Projects Management Officer of SCAS, with over 18 years of experience in construction and finishing, having managed mega projects with Modern Interiors/Ashraf Sadek Associates and Orascom Construction. Holds a degree in Architecture and a postgraduate diploma in Construction Management.
