Since 1989, Hesham has held various roles across TEPCO Group in sales, commercial, and business development. As the Group’s Commercial Director, he drove substantial growth and exceeded targets across diverse markets. In 2023, he was appointed as Group CEO, leveraging his extensive expertise and strong network to lead transformation projects and expansion plans across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and beyond, serving the energy and power distribution ecosystem.
