Surveying Systems

Egypt
Surveying Systems was established in September 1990 in a modest 100 m² office but with a strong vision to become the number one provider of surveying instruments and professional after-sales support.
Starting with just five staff members, the company represented Sokkia Co. (then Sokkisha) as its first manufacturer. Only two months after its foundation, in November 1990, the company won its first major tender with the Egyptian Survey Authority to supply 19 Total Stations – the first to be used in Egypt – marking a milestone in the company’s journey.
In 1995, Surveying Systems entered the hydrographic equipment market, becoming the first Egyptian company in the field. Over the years, it represented global leaders including Teledyne Odom Hydrographic (1995), HYPACK (1997), Teledyne Reson & Klein Associates (2000), and most recently TOPCON.
Today, with over 25 years of success, the company operates from offices exceeding 1,000 m², employs 45 engineers and technicians, and manages three service centers (Mohandeseen–Cairo, Nasr City, and Alexandria). It has also established a Surveying Projects division, proudly contributing to major national projects such as the New Suez Canal.
🔹 Our Mission: To continue leading professionally and successfully, remaining number one in the field.
