ACT Group was formed in 2017 through the merger of two long-established and highly successful companies: Bahadir International Construction UK LLP and Tedeschia Construction Enterprises LTD.

Bahadir Construction traces its origins back to 1935 in Sinop, Turkey, providing engineering and contracting services. In 1954, it was formally established under the name “Heris Unlimited” in Istanbul. For three generations, Bahadir has been a leader in turnkey high-standard projects, including residential, industrial, commercial, retail, hospital, and hotel developments, consistently delivering excellence in strength, quality, aesthetics, and speed.

Tedeschia Construction Enterprises LTD, founded in 2007, initially specialized in aeronautical rigid pavements and industrial flooring within the GCC region. However, it rapidly expanded into broader civil construction fields and multi-facility management. The company’s resilience is built upon strong stakeholder relations and management bonds extending over 30 years.

Today, ACT Group combines the heritage, expertise, and values of both companies, establishing itself as a reliable international construction group recognized for quality, innovation, and trust.
