Saudi Printing & Packaging Company (SPPC) is a Saudi joint stock company focusing on the publishing and packaging sectors. It was originally founded in 1963 under the name Al-Madina Printing & Publishing Co., and in 2007, its name was changed to Saudi Printing & Packaging Company.
In the same year, 30% of its shares were offered to the public, while 70% remain owned by Saudi Research & Marketing Group (SRMG) and its subsidiaries.
SPPC operates advanced newspaper printing centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, printing major newspapers such as Asharq Al-Awsat, Al-Eqtisadiah, Al-Riyadiah, Arab News, and Al-Watan, along with serial commercial publications. The company is also active in packaging and plastic industries, with factories in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
