The Khodeir family has a long-standing heritage in the field of writing instruments, premium stationery, and printing since 1905, under the renowned name “Papeterie Khodeir.”

During the 1930s, the Khodeir Pen, manufactured in Germany, was introduced across Egypt, Sudan, El-Sham, Iraq, and Mecca — becoming a symbol of quality and craftsmanship.

In 1964, Mr. Ali Khodeir gradually revived the company’s operations. Following the 1973 war, as Egypt transitioned toward a free-market economy, Khodeir Egypt Co. was established.
Over 25 international agreements were concluded with European, Japanese, and American partners, and the workforce expanded from just 12 employees in 1973 to over 85 in the commercial and administrative departments.

In 1989, Alkhodeir Egypt International Co. for Trade & Industry S.A.E. was founded by Mr. Ali Khodeir and his sons, continuing the family’s legacy of excellence.

Today, the company maintains a comprehensive distribution network covering wholesale and retail of its own products, along with a wide range of school and college supplies, computer accessories, office equipment, stationery, greeting cards, gifts, watches, premium leather goods, and home & office accessories from leading international and local brands.
