Bolçi Chocolate is the registered brand and official producer of Bolu Chocolate, from the scenic city of Bolu, Turkey. Founded in 1998 under Deniz Gıda Sanayi Ltd. Şti. with the vision of creating a unique national brand for Bolu, Bolçi started its journey with its signature recipe — croquant made from premium hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, and peanuts, coated in fine chocolate.

Today, Bolçi offers over 1,000 varieties, produced in a state-of-the-art 16,300 m² facility with a monthly capacity of 250 tons, exporting to 43 countries. Its product range includes Beyoğlu Chocolate, Specialty Chocolate, Madlen Chocolate, Roche Chocolate, Dragees, Mushroom Chocolate, and Letter Chocolate, all crafted with Bolçi’s mastery and continuous innovation through dedicated R&D efforts.

Committed to food safety and top-quality raw materials, Bolçi uses only carefully selected natural ingredients, with no alcohol, pork fat, or derivatives. Over 500 trained employees work in its facilities, ensuring strict quality control from sourcing to final delivery.
