Double-Walled Chimney Systems (ADL-DW)

ADL-DW double-walled chimney systems are insulated flue solutions designed for situations where thermal requirements cannot be met under standard operating conditions. With decades of production expertise, these systems ensure safety, durability, and superior performance in line with international standards.

• The inner wall is manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel, resistant to contact with flue gases. • The outer wall can be produced from bright BA-coated AISI 304 (DW) or AISI 430 (ecoDW) stainless steel according to project requirements. • High insulation is achieved by placing 25 mm or 50 mm thick mineral wool between the two walls. • Mineral wool is placed seamlessly and tightly to provide mechanical strength and uniform thermal insulation. • Absence of thermal bridges increases chimney efficiency and ensures fuel savings. • Parts are precisely cut with CNC technology and joined with TIG and laser welding, ensuring reliable sealing against condensate and flue gases. • The specially designed socket system, with opposite male/female orientation, guarantees long-term sealing and mechanical stability. • External clamps reinforce connections, providing maximum safety. • The outer surface can be painted in any RAL color or produced in copper models for aesthetic needs. • According to EN 13384-1 and -2 standards, double-walled chimney systems must be used whenever flue gas temperature retention is insufficient.
