Every woman deserves to feel spectacular every day, in clothing that is empowering, elegant, yet practical. That is the essence behind the name OnFleek, meaning “on point.”

Founded in 2020 by sisters and best friends Natalia Zięba-Nogaj, Magdalena Nogaj, and Milena Nogaj-Zięba, the brand reflects their different temperaments, each responsible for complementary aspects of its development. What unites them is a shared aesthetic sensibility and a passion for modern elegance.

Today, OnFleek designs, produces, and expands boldly across both online and offline retail. Its first flagship boutique opened in Warsaw, at 56 Mokotowska Street – and this is only the beginning.
