• 1972: Foundation of Al-Haramain Company
• 1980: Establishment of Road Services Division
• 1991: Compass Contracting established
• 1992: Road Services Division spun off as Al-Haramain Industrial Group Limited
• 2002: Acquisition of BRC Steel Factory
• 2005: Midrar International for Safety and Contracting established
• 2008: Establishment of Advanced Modern and BRC Diversified
• 2010: HHRCO Refrigeration Limited and Al-Jadar Contracting Company joined
• 2013: Founding of The Four Oceans Real Estate Company
• 2017: Establishment of Arabian Reliance for Property Management
• 2021: Creation of NAATCO Logistics Services Company
• 2023: Launch of Al-Haramain Glass Factory
• 2024: Founding of Arca Company (3rd- and 4th-party logistics services)
