Self-Supporting (Free-Standing) Chimney Systems
Turkiye
Description
Self-supporting chimney systems are designed for applications where the distance between the chimney and the building wall exceeds 1 meter. These systems are commonly used in industrial plants, factories, power stations, treatment facilities, residential complexes, and shopping centers where the boiler room is located separately from the main building. With an anchoring system fixed to the ground, the chimney stands independently without support from any structure. They are manufactured in compliance with H0 (zero) tightness class, either flanged or fully welded, ensuring maximum safety and performance. The inner wall is insulated with mineral wool or ceramic fiber depending on thermal conditions, offering low heat conductivity and reducing energy loss. Since the heat of the flue gases is not transferred to the external environment, condensation is minimized and efficiency is maximized. The load-bearing outer wall is generally made of St series black steel, produced with thicknesses calculated according to static conditions, and can be protected against atmospheric effects with special paint or stainless-steel cladding. The system is capable of operating safely up to 1000°C under both wet (W) and dry (D) conditions.
• Specifically designed for independent use when the distance exceeds 1 meter. • Suitable for industrial facilities, power plants, factories, and large-scale buildings. • Manufactured to H0 tightness class standards, with flanged or welded options. • Inner wall insulated with mineral wool or ceramic fiber. • Low thermal conductivity ensures high efficiency. • Outer wall made of St series steel with protective coating or stainless finish. • Withstands temperatures up to 1000°C. • Suitable for wet (W) and dry (D) operating conditions.
