As of 2021, Özsarı operates on a total area of 145,000 m², including 55,000 m² of closed production space, with a daily capacity of 350 tons of bulgur, 240 tons of red lentils, and 720 tons of pulses. The company distributes products under the brands Özsarı, Sarılar, Belkıs, and Köy, offering packaging options from 500g to 1000kg, compliant with ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 standards, and exports to over 30 countries.
