Description
HDPE Pipes are modern piping solutions offering high performance and durability, developed as a result of advancements in plastic raw material technology. Initially introduced in the 1950s with PE 32 low-density polyethylene pipes for drinking water lines, the material evolved to PE 63 for low-pressure systems, followed by PE 80, and finally PE 100 in the 1990s. PE 100 provided both high performance and cost-effectiveness in potable water, service water, and natural gas networks. Our company supplies PE 100 pipes in diameters from Ø 20–1600 mm, available in coils up to Ø 125 mm and in 12–13 m lengths for larger diameters. For special marine projects, single-piece pipes of 250 or 500 m can be produced. • High flexibility and 600% elongation for easy installation • Resistance to ground movement, impact, and crack propagation • Smooth inner surface for low friction and optimal diameter selection • Suitable for underwater installation and resistant to marine conditions • Trouble-free operation at nominal pressure for at least 50 years • Resistance to UV rays, chemicals, and corrosive soil conditions • Maintains the taste and odor of water, ensuring safe drinking quality • Complete protection against plant and root intrusion Joining methods: butt welding, electrofusion (EF), socket fusion, and extrusion welding.
