Founded in 1986, Karmod Prefabricated Building Technologies Ltd. The company operates in two state-of-the-art production facilities located in the Tuzla Orhanlı Industrial Zone of Istanbul, covering a total of 30,000 m² of enclosed space. Its products, developed to meet international quality and safety standards, cater to a wide range of applications including residential housing, offices, construction sites, and social facilities.

Since beginning its export activities in 2004, Karmod has rapidly expanded its international presence, reaching 135 countries by 2023. With subsidiaries in France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the USA, and Africa, the company continues to strengthen its global operations.
