Our History
• 1980: Foundation of AALICO and establishment of Tala nursery for wheat, vegetables, livestock, and horticultural production (over 2 million m²).
• 1982–1992: Service expansion; ornamental plants, seasonal flowers, irrigation systems, growing contracts, landscaping, and soil amendments.
• 1992–2008: Medium-scale projects; landscaping and irrigation for hospitals, business centers, and housing projects.
• 2009–2019: Upscaling operations; Princess Nora University, King Saud University, Al Bustan Compound, Antara Living Riyadh, and Riyadh Metro corridor.
• Since 2020: Diversification into prestigious and technically challenging mega projects such as Diriyah Gate and MiSK City.
