Founded in 1935 by Hamad Abdullah Alessa, Alessa Group, now known as Alessa Industries Company (AIC), is one of Saudi Arabia’s leading integrated groups in electrical appliances, electronics, and HVAC systems.

The company operates in several sectors including:
• Distribution of electrical appliances and electronics.
• Manufacturing of refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, and air handling units.
• Contracting and installation of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Supplying the Middle East and Africa markets through its international division.

AIC holds exclusive distributorships for global brands and manufactures products under license, supported by marketing, service, and R&D divisions.

Currently, AIC includes two main Strategic Business Units:

Hamad A. Alessa & Sons Co. (HAASCO) – Trading Division

Alessa for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Co. (ARAC) – Manufacturing Complex

At the corporate level, AIC’s headquarters hosts Finance, HR & Administration, IT, and Performance Management departments.
