Bolçi Chocolate is the registered brand and official producer of Bolu Chocolate, from the scenic city of Bolu, Turkey. Founded in 1998 under Deniz Gıda Sanayi Ltd. Şti. with the vision of creating a unique national brand for Bolu, Bolçi started its journey with its signature recipe — croquant made from premium hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, and peanuts, coated in fine chocolate. Today, Bolçi offers over 1,000 varieties, produced in a state-of-the-art 16,300 m² facility with a monthly capacity of 250 tons, exporting to 43 countries. Biriz Kuruyemiş began its commercial journey in 1974 in Serinhisar – Denizli, founded by Mustafa Çolak, producing roasted chickpeas (leblebi) and selling raw chickpeas. In 2007, the second-generation representative of the family, Hamza Çolak, established the company as a limited liability entity in the same district. In 2010, a factory was built in Merkezefendi – Denizli, covering 3,500 m², with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of leblebi, accelerating the brand’s growth. In 2013, a sunflower seed sorting and packaging facility was established in Çal – Denizli, covering 16,000 m² and equipped with the latest technology, operating under international food regulations with all necessary tests, analyses, and controls. Biriz Kuruyemiş sources the freshest products directly from farmers, processes them with care, and exports 90% of its production to the Balkans, Europe, the Russian Federation, North Africa, and Asian countries.
Bifa Biscuit and Food Industry Inc. began its journey in 1962 at the Birlik factory with a daily production of 3 tons of biscuits. Over more than 60 years, it has grown into a major international player with facilities in two different countries, exporting to over 100 nations worldwide. In Karaman alone, the company produces more than 150,000 tons annually at its facilities covering 270,000 m². AZMET – Leading in Confectionery and Toy Production Since 1982 Founded in 1982, AZMET started its production journey with plastic toys, maintaining a strong position in the sector for many years. In 2002, the company expanded into dragee candy production, introducing the candy-with-toy concept. In 2012, AZMET established its cocoa hazelnut cream production facility, followed by its bubble gum production facility in 2017. Continuously expanding its product range, the company has become a key player in the industry, exporting to more than 35 countries while prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction.
ANL Food – From Istanbul to the World Since 2005 Founded in 2005, ANL Food Inc. Co. plays a significant role in the chocolate products industry. At its integrated facilities in Istanbul, the company produces chocolate surprise eggs with toys, cream-filled surprise eggs with toys, cornets and mini cones, figure chocolates for kids, chocolate-coated mini wafers, and cream-filled chocolates for both adults and children.
